HOW TO SHOP
As you browse our products, click “to order” to add that item to your shopping cart. You may review your entire shopping cart at any time by clicking on “view cart”. At this point you may remove items from your cart. When you are finished shopping, click on “complete your order”. You will be asked for shipping and payment information at this point.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
TA Lorton accepts Master Card, Visa and American Express for online purchases. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. A receipt for your order will be included in your shipment. SSL security technology is employed to ensure that your ordering experience with TA Lorton is safe and secure. However, if you prefer, you may order by telephone at 918-743-1600 during regular store hours – Monday through Saturday 10:00am – 5:00pm central standard time or send us a fax at 918-743-1676.

SALES TAX
Seven percent state sales tax will be automatically added to Oklahoma resident purchases.

SHIPPING
Standard shipping requires three working days for delivery. Second day and
overnight delivery are also available. You will be charged shipping and
handling rates per order. Click on View Cart to see your shipping totals.
If your order requires extra shipping and handling charges, you will be
notified via email or telephone before your credit card is charged. If
your purchase is out of stock, we will notify you via email of expected
delivery dates.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All items returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise will be credited to your original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges. No returns, exchanges or store credit after 30 days from date of purchase. All returns or exchanges must be in saleable condition.

SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Special order items will be noted in the product description. A 50%
deposit will be required on these items and they may take 3-4 weeks for
delivery.
