TA Lorton will except returns and exchanges on all items returned within 30 days of the date of purchase. You will be credited to the original method of payment, excluding shipping and handling charges. No returns, exchanges or store credit after 30 days from date of purchase. All returns or exchanges must be in salable condition. For merchandise return, please follow this procedure:
1. Return item in original packaging or in a way to ensure safe transportation. Include a copy of your invoice.

2. We will inspect the return and issue a credit on the same card that you used to make the original purchase.
3. Be sure that you ship the item back so we receive it within the 30-day window. We will not refund any merchandise received more than 30 days from date of purchase.
Furniture returns -- TA Lorton will accept returns on furniture that are in their original condition, but outgoing shipping charges and return shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from your credit. Contact TA Lorton within 7 days of receiving your item. We must be contacted within the 7-day window or we will be unable to honor the return. Contact TA Lorton and we will discuss the most efficient shipping method. Once returned TA Lorton will inspect the item and issue a credit accordingly. Damage or other conditional issues may require deductions from your credit, so please ensure that the piece has been wraped and protected as well as possible. 1 888-743-1602.
Sale items -- No return on sale items.
Freight Damage -- If you receive your package with any visible damage, please contact TA Lorton as soon as possible to set up return of damaged items. 1 888-743-1602. You must save all original packaging material for inspection.
